my flying cat

My year-old male cat has decided that his precious feet are too good to touch the floor in my condo. He tries to jump from one piece of furniture to another in order to get wherever he is going. What's really funny about this is that since I can't see him, I keep intercepting his flight pattern. Several times this past week he has taken off from a piece of furniture just as I start to walk in front of him, and he usually hits me at about chest height. Sometimes he still makes it to whatever piece of furniture he is trying to reach, but sometimes he hits the floor after we collide. I am usually doubled over laughing while he tries to act like he meant for that to happen before slinking away. He is so funny. I lov ehim to death.

lol what a character I'd be willing to bet that cat knows your blind and is taking the mick...you could write a bestselling children's book about his antics...

Morticia has been doing the same thing for some time we have been dive bombed from the curtains...

I think all of us cat owners would be able to write funny books about the crazy and lovable things they do. But only other cat people would want to read the books. I'm really glad most of the people where I work have cats because we all enjoy hearing each others stories.

Sometimes when my cat is running very fast, she'll run into my leg so sometimes I wonder if she can't see that good. LOL She likes to jump from the top shelf on my desk on to the futon or from the counter to the top of the fridge.
